В Лодзи теперь на две капибары больше. Полугодовалые самки поселились в местном зоопарке. Водосвинки живут по соседству с равнинными тапирами. Уже совсем скоро к ним переедет самец капибар из Берлина. Стоит отметить, что название животных происходит из мертвого языка тупи и буквально означает «поедатель тонкой травы».

Если бы короля и королеву животных выбирали в TikTok, то ими точно стали бы капибары.
